VEHICLE PURCHASE AFFIDAVIT

2- That I shall get the said vehicle transferred in my name as soon as possible and shall bear all the expenses incidental thereto
3- That I am responsible for the challan/accident and any other cases from today onwards and the said seller shall be fully responsible for tax, challan , accident, any court cases prior to _____
